Parents are expected to supply all pertinent information relating to their children’s personal, physical or emotional health.
An annual registration fee per student covering administrative costs and supplies, is payable when a child enrolls or re-enrolls in the Ebenezer Program. All tuition must be paid in full by March of the current school year.
The withdrawal of a student is only official upon written notification to and acknowledgement by the Principal. If a child is withdrawn or expelled after acceptance, only the unused portion of the prepaid tuition will be refunded or transferred to another student. Parents, guardians and financially responsible individuals are obligated for all tuition and fees due for the current payment period.
Ebenezer reserves the right to dismiss a student whose influence is deemed undesirable. Only the unused portion of prepaid tuition will be refunded in such a case.
Ebenezer reserves the right to expel a student for non-payment of any school fees and will seek legal action for payment.
It is critical that the administrative staff have current contact information for all students enrolled at Ebenezer Preparatory School. The school must be notified immediately of any changes of address or telephone number of all students attending the school.
Yellow bus service is not available. We distribute Metro cards based on where the students are traveling to and from. Alternate private bus service is also available; please contact 718-629-4231 or [email protected] for more information.
Students are NOT permitted to use cell phones, PSPs, Ipods, Ipads, tablets, gameboys, etc., in school. Those items will be kept by school personnel if taken from a student. Parents/guardians are expected to cooperate with this rule and advise their children accordingly.
